Refund policy

Returns

At Elos, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Product must include original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • Product must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • Sale / clearance / promotional items may be non-returnable unless defective

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used footwear
  • Customized products
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • COD orders may require bank details for refund processing

Exchanges

Need another size? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll assist based on stock availability.
