Returns
At Elos, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Product must include original packaging, tags, and invoice
- Product must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
- Sale / clearance / promotional items may be non-returnable unless defective
Non-Returnable Items
We may not accept returns for:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Used footwear
- Customized products
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- COD orders may require bank details for refund processing

Need another size? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll assist based on stock availability.
